Looking for a stylish, modern space for your practice?

Updated and modernized office space in an older building in Downtown Langley is ready for you and your clients. Perfect for:
  • Beginning counsellors/psychologists who only need a few hours/days a week
  • Therapists who are downsizing their practice and only need an office part-time
  • Experienced professionals who want a dedicated space to run their practice
  • May also be suitable for other related professionals, such as massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, etc. Please enquire for more details.

  • Adjustable lighting to dim as needed
  • Furnished (e.g., desk, chairs, couch)

  • 24/7 access to building

Availability:
  • Office 1 is only available to rent by the day or half-day (day to be discussed), rather than monthly
  • Saturdays and Sundays are also currently available
  • Full-day: Come as you please and stay as long as you like
  • Half-day: Choose from morning (any time) to 3pm, or from 3pm to late evening
Rates:
  • $275 + GST per day of the month (e.g., every Monday in the month)
  • $145 + GST per half day (e.g., every Friday morning in the month)
  • Security/damage deposit (equivalent to the rate you are renting for) and key deposit required
  • Flexible leases (e.g., 3 months, 6 months)
Availability:
  • Office 2 is currently available to rent monthly, daily, or by the half-day

  • Flexible leases (e.g., 3 months, 6 months)

Included in your rental rate:

  • Furnished offices and waiting area (Office 2 has the option of bringing your own furnishings if renting monthly)
  • Calm waiting area invites guests to relax before their session
  • Tranquil music helps create a healing space while also providing additional privacy for those in session
  • Complimentary beverages for you and your guests to enjoy (Nespresso coffee, assortment of teas, bottled water, and sparkling water)
  • Dedicated wi-fi for yourself, and separate guest wi-fi for your clients/patients
  • Ample seating in the waiting area and in each office allows you to easily meet your practice's current social/physical distancing needs.
  • Small display shelf in waiting area for your business cards, brochures, etc.
  • Small refrigerator and microwave for your food and to heat up your meals
  • All utilities included (no extra charges)
  • Clean and sanitized single-stall washroom down the hall
  • Automated soap dispenser (in washroom) and automated hand sanitizer dispenser (in office) help maintain cleanliness and safety for all
  • Ample free street parking (limited to three hours between 9am and 5pm)
  • Your professional profile and/or link to your website on my own website, for no extra charge (if you wish)
  • ** Note: This is an older building and unfortunately does not have an elevator. Guests walk down the entry hallway and up one flight of stairs to reach the office.
