The therapy hour consists of a 50 minute therapy session; the remaining 10 minutes are for note writing and other administrative tasks. This is the industry standard for therapists.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments
As I respect your time and commit my time to you, I ask that you please do the same for me.
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelled appointments. If you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full fee for the missed appointment, by the time of our next meeting.
